Please contact me to discuss your requirements, as there are pricing options to suit all:
- One to one sessions - Discounted rates for couples training together - Or reduce the cost further still by getting a few friends together for group training sessions (ideally 3 or 4 people). Group sessions make personal training more affordable as well as being great fun!
Alternatively I offer full programmes for you to work on in your own time, followed up with monthly training sessions to boost results and monitor your progress. I will devise and demonstrate the exercises, leaving you with a written programme to follow. I can also give you advice on any equipment you may wish to purchase (which need not be as expensive as you might think). This is ideal for people who are self motivated, but would appreciate a boost to their training, and would like to be shown some new exercises.
