Massage Massage eases any aches and pains, boosts circulation and aids lymphatic drainage. I offer massage targeting specific areas to full body treatments for complete relaxation.
Stretching Stretching to increase flexibility and mobility can be extremely effective after injury or for people with restricted movement. One to one sessions accompanied by advice about stretches to practice regularly.
